Privacy Policy

摘要 Summary

KLAC 追追追不要求登入，不含廣告或第三方分析工具，也不追蹤使用者。App 的門檻設定、快取行情與通知狀態保留在你的裝置或 App Group 容器中。

KLAC Up Up Up requires no account, contains no ads or third-party analytics, and does not track users. Alert settings, cached quotes, and notification state remain on your device or in the app’s App Group container.

App 內資料 Data in the App

• 無帳號、登入、付款、券商連線或交易功能。
• 價格門檻、靜音時段、快取資料與 APNs 裝置 token 在目前版本僅儲存於裝置，不傳送到開發者伺服器。
• App 不使用廣告識別碼，不進行跨 App／網站追蹤。

The app has no account, payment, brokerage, or trading feature. Price thresholds, quiet hours, cached data, and the APNs device token are stored only on-device in this version and aren’t sent to a developer-operated server. The app does not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.

行情與第三方服務 Market Data and Third Parties

App 透過 HTTPS 向 Yahoo Finance chart endpoint 請求公開市場行情。請求會直接由你的裝置送到該服務；服務提供者可能依其政策處理 IP 位址、裝置／網路資訊與請求紀錄。

The app requests public market quotes over HTTPS from the Yahoo Finance chart endpoint. Requests go directly from your device to that service, whose operator may process IP address, device/network information, and request logs under its own policies.

Apple 亦會處理 App Store、TestFlight 與通知註冊所需資料。相關處理由 Apple 與各服務提供者自己的隱私政策規範。

支援表單 Support Form

若你主動透過支援頁送出表單，我們會收到你填寫的 email 與訊息，僅用於回覆及處理該支援需求。表單由 Netlify Forms 處理；請勿提交交易帳號、密碼或其他敏感資訊。

If you voluntarily submit the support form, we receive the email address and message you provide and use them only to respond to that request. The form is processed by Netlify Forms. Do not submit brokerage credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information.

保留、刪除與安全 Retention, Deletion, and Security

刪除 App 會移除其一般本機資料；App Group 資料的移除依 iOS 行為而定。你可透過支援頁要求刪除曾提交的支援訊息。我們僅在處理支援與合理維護紀錄所需期間保留資料。

Deleting the app removes its ordinary local data; removal of App Group data follows iOS behavior. You can use the support page to request deletion of a previously submitted support message. We retain support data only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain reasonable records.

兒童與政策更新 Children and Changes

本 App 並非專為兒童設計。我們可能因功能或法規變更更新本政策，並在此頁調整生效日期。

The app is not designed specifically for children. We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date on this page.
